Stage Play Auditions Coming Soon!
(July 14, 2025)

TELL PUBLISHING will be presenting its first stage play “Distance ÷ Desires = The Cost of Love” in early 2026. It is a gripping story that explores the complexities of love, faith, and the sacrifices we make for both. Our protagonist, a woman in her late twenties, finds herself in a long-distance relationship with a devoted father. United by their spiritual journey and commitment to abstinence, they support each other through life’s trials, while praying together and visiting each other monthly. However, when a well-deserved promotion takes her even further away, the distance between them grows in more ways than one. The strain begins to show in their once peaceful conversations now filled with arguments. Despite his efforts to keep their faith at the center of their relationship, she grows colder, meaner. Enter a handsome neighbor, offering compliments, attention, and protection. She finds herself intrigued, drawn to this new presence in her life. Now, she stands at a crossroads. Should she stay with her man, who, despite his financial stagnation, has been her rock? Or should she give in to the allure of the neighbor who offers her a different kind of security? The cost of love has never been so high, and the choice she makes could change everything.

TELL PUBLISHING Hosts Bowling Fundraiser for The Destiny House
(April 7, 2022)
The Destiny House is going on in-person tour – the “What’s Next?” post-secondary options tour – to schools in Memphis and surrounding areas to meet with scholars to figure out what they want to do beyond high school. The main options TDH specializes in preparing scholars for are college, career/workforce, entrepreneurship, military and/or gap year. The tour will feature TDH Founder and current board member LaShundra D. Richmond, who currently resides in San Diego. With the financial contribution of the bowling fundraiser, TDH wants to expand the tour to other cities outside of Memphis. The owner of Tell Publishing, TJ Jefferson, is the Board Chair of The Destiny House.
